Child safety standards
This page explains how Matcheze prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Matcheze is a dating product for adults only.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Age restriction
Matcheze is restricted to users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
Prohibited conduct and content
Matcheze strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any sexualization of minors. Sharing, soliciting, or attempting to create such content is forbidden and will result in enforcement action.
Reporting
Users can report profiles, photos, messages, and behavior that violate these standards or otherwise appear unsafe. Reports can be submitted in the app (for example, from chats and profiles) or by contacting our child-safety team at the email below. We review reports and take action as appropriate.
Enforcement
When we find prohibited content or conduct, we remove it and may suspend or permanently ban the offending accounts. We may also limit features or preserve evidence as needed for investigation and legal compliance.
Law enforcement
Matcheze cooperates with law enforcement and makes legally required reports, including reports of apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
