Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Matcheze, operated by Another Day Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), including the mobile app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use Matcheze. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share an account or create an account for someone else without permission.

New member accounts are created in the Matcheze mobile app. The website may allow sign-in for account management features (such as account deletion) and for authorized administrative tools.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
Post illegal, abusive, hateful, pornographic involving minors, or otherwise prohibited content
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or intentions
Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
Use the Service for spam, commercial solicitation unrelated to genuine dating use, or fraud
Violate any applicable law

We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk for users or the Service.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos, bio text, and messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and otherwise use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not infringe others' rights.

5. Matching and interactions

Matcheze helps adults discover and communicate with other members. We do not guarantee matches, responses, or outcomes. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution when meeting anyone in person.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Optional paid features, if offered, may be purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase and are also subject to the applicable store's rules. Refunds are handled according to the store's policies unless otherwise required by law.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content from other users is accurate or safe.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANOTHER DAY SYSTEMS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Another Day Systems and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
